SRR 2024 RIDES

Square Route Rally 2024 Rides

Friday and Saturday at the Square Route Rally provide great riding opportunities. Located in the Catoctin Mountains of Maryland, there are numerous roads that provide a variety of experiences for Rally attendees.  Many rides are documented, such as three covered bridges, or several routes for adventure bikes including the Mid Atlantic Back Country Discovery Route (MABDR). Riders can also choose to visit a nearby Civil War battlefield or opt for a random ride taking in the hills, valleys, forests and twisty roads.

For 2024, we have four guided group rides:

  • Ice Cream Run with Bruce
  • Butler G1 Road Ride
  • Four Covered Bridges Ride with Michael Borg
  • MABDR Ride with Jose

A note about time

For those participating in group rides, the assumption will be made that each rider will have done a pre-ride check … fluids topped off (fuel/oil), tire pressure checked, gear secured. Be ready to ride for we are leaving on time. Note the Kick-Stands Up (KSU) time in the posts.

If you are low on gas, there is an Exxon 5 miles away (10 minutes) in Smithsburg. Click here for Google Maps directions.
